Psychotherapy.
You've learned how to succeed. What do you want your success to be for?
Our StoryYou've done everything right. And somewhere along the way, it's stopped feeling like enough or it's started costing more than it gives back.
Many of the people we work with arrive here not in crisis, but in a quieter kind of trouble: burnout that rest doesn't touch, relationships strained by years of being unavailable, a nagging sense that something underneath it all hasn't been dealt with. Some are questioning a career they've spent a decade building. Some are noticing the same pattern showing up again in work, in love, in how they treat themselves.
How I work
Our approach is integrative psychodynamic and existential in foundation, practical where practical is useful. We don't impose a single framework. We work with you to build understanding, staying close to your actual experience rather than assuming we already know what it means.
Sessions are relational at their core: the relationship itself is part of how change happens, not just the space it happens in. We aim to create real safety and non-judgment the kind that makes it possible, later, to be gently challenged.
We work with
Burnout and chronic stress, particularly in high-accountability careers (law, finance, tech, and beyond)
Anxiety, depression, and low mood
Relationship and family strain
Grief and major life transitions
Trauma and complex presentations
Questions of identity, meaning, and direction once external markers of success no longer satisfy
