Private psychotherapy and personal advisory for people navigating pressure, change, relationships, identity and the questions that don't have straightforward answers.

When success stops being enough.

In-person psychotherapy in Central London and online in the UK and internationally.

Psychotherapy for people who are used to knowing what to do next.

You may have built a successful career, a life that works, and an identity around being capable. You are accustomed to making decisions, managing pressure and being relied upon by others.

Perhaps you feel increasingly disconnected from your work, your relationships or yourself. You may be experiencing anxiety, burnout or a loss of direction. Or perhaps nothing is obviously wrong, but the life you have worked hard to create no longer feels entirely like the life you want to be living.

Yet there may be a quieter sense that something isn't quite right.

Or perhaps nothing is obviously wrong at all. You simply find yourself asking questions that achievement cannot answer.

For people who carry a lot.

Psychotherapy for people whose capacity to succeed may have become disconnected from their capacity to feel fulfilled

Who We Are

Hello!

Kate Morgenstern is an existential and integrative psychotherapist working with people navigating demanding lives, significant responsibilities, personal and professional transitions, and questions of identity, relationships, meaning and fulfilment.

Her clients come from varied backgrounds and stages of life. What they often share is a high degree of capability, ambition or responsibility and a desire to understand themselves more deeply than conventional measures of success allow.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Kate spent more than 20 years working across finance, technology, leadership and politics. This gives her a grounded understanding of environments where pressure, performance, decision-making and responsibility are part of everyday life.

You shouldn't have to explain the world you inhabit before you can begin talking about what it feels like to live in it.

Our Offering

our Approach

Our approach is integrative and relational, grounded in psychodynamic and existential thinking. We work with you collaboratively, sometimes gently challenging, always without judgment to understand the patterns that keep showing up, wherever in your life they're showing up.
