Kate works with CEOs, senior executives, politicians, producers, and directors who need a confidential space to think about strategy, decisions, pressure, and the parts of leadership that rarely get spoken about at all. It is also a space to explore your wider life not just career but how your want to live life as a whole and gain clarity on direction.
This is not coaching, and it is not conventional therapy. It sits somewhere more specific: a trusted, entirely confidential space, held by someone who understands high-stakes professional environments from the inside, and who has the clinical training to work with what's actually underneath the pressure and can help explore patterns, behaviours and meaning.

How it Works
Personal Advisory is built to work around a demanding schedule, offering both structure and flexibility. A regular weekly anchor session means there's always dedicated time for thinking in your week, with additional sessions available as often as needed; in person, online, or by phone.
Kate offers an objective, outside perspective to challenge your thinking and help you see the patterns underneath it. Drawing on real clinical experience alongside her professional background, she works to understand not just the decisions in front of you, but the emotional toll they can take on you, and on the relationships around you. This offers insight into your patterns, clarity on decisions, and the support you need, without putting weight on loved ones or colleagues who may not be objective.

Fees
Personal Advisory is on a bespoke basis. You pay a monthly retainer-based on your minimum monthly need. Additional hours available as needed. Rates will depend on flexibility required, and requirement for travel.
